Very unprofessional staff member (Sandisiwe)

On the 20th Thursday at about 18:45 I went to shop at Dischem Pharmacy in Claremont, they were about to close so there was no queue, about 5 staff members on the tills (no customers with them ) only 1 gentleman who was assisting a family of 4. As I was walking towards the till I made eye contact with Sandisiwe and I assumed she will assist as they sometimes don’t use the number calling system especially when the store is quiet, when I got to her till *she turned her back on me, *no greeting or explanation on what was happening, I just stood behind her and asked if she’s going to assist me she just ignored me and started chatting with a gentleman that was sitting opposite her.

I asked her again if she’s going to assist me no response she couldn’t even look at me. I stood there (behind her ) as her chair was still turned I was completely lost, the gentleman opposite her asked me to come over to his till I went but he was still finishing up with the previous customers so I waited, that’s when I had a heated conversation with Sandisiwe (staff member loudly arguing with a customer on the floor in front of other customers)

Her words “I didn’t call you I don’t know what you were doing on that till, the gentleman is the one who called you not me, you can report if you want here is my name tag(pulling the tag off her chest)my name is Sandisiwe”.

Such people should be removed from the front line. Advise on action taken by mail.
