Very unhappy with Zeve

I'm so appaulled with the service I received from Dischem Zevenwacht a month ago I booked an appointment for my daughter to receive her immunization I booked for the 31 St of July all to find out when I follow up my appointment was not booked I then rescheduled for the 28 the which was today I arrived on time I checked in with the clinic receptionist and I was waiting for the nurse she told me that she was heading home and that it was 13:00 she was leaving I told her I had an appointment she said to book another one and I left I'm so upset I will never make use of Dischem again I will make my appointment else but not happy with the service it's very poor I'm a paying client I should have been treated as such if it was any other person I would have been assist I hope this gets to management and they see how are we being treated
