Very slow online delivery service

Extremely Bad Online Order Service, to query the delivery it means spending a long time holding on for a consultant to assist, only to be told you need to wat 2 - 3 days. I have ordered 3 alternate company orders the same day and had my products delivered yesterday. Unfortunately there is not enough competition in the market to compete with them
