Very Rude Manager at Dis Chem East Rand Mall

I went to Dis Chem East Rand Mall, cause I had a throat infection and went to consult with the Dr, the Dr perform her procedure and only told me after afterwards, that discovery is not and the claim has been rejected, and I don't have money to pay cause I always use Dis Chem East Rand Mall, for me medical checks ups and this never happeneds, anyways got escourted by the security, I to the control room where I met the manager and explain to him what the situation was he then said that the security should call the cops, cause I didn't have the and usually use my medical aid he was very rude kept toward me, whilst I'm still sick, threat me like garbage, and said they should arrests me cause Discovery refused to pay for the claim.

I'm really very disappointed in the way the manager handled my situation, he didn't even apologise he just gave me a bad attitude, I will be taking this further with the authorities for the threats that we made, further more I will be also taking action against discovery.

This is absolutely nonsense.

I wonder how did he actually become a manager cause his people skills sucks for days no empathy, no customer service, unprofessional.
