Very rude behaviour towards an elderly peron
My mother Lenie Rosaline Manaces received the worst ever treatment from the Security at Dischem Lochlogan in Bloemfontein. She was discharged that day from Hospital after a heart operation she had. She went to the pharmacy to collect her prescribed medication when the Security guard of Dischem slammed the door in her face whilst she was trying to explain to them that she needed to sign for her medication insight (She physically had to speedily move her face quickly from the door otherwise she would have been hurt very badly) because I was already insight collecting it from the pharmacist, but she needed to sign for it. The Dishem Manager was supposed to follow up on the matter as promised on black and white and send me a copy of the incident report to whom she had sent it as proof that she actually followed it up. My wife had to phone her to follow up on the matter and to give me feedback only after that she did sent me a mail that the security company will follow this up. I find it unacceptable that we have to follow this up all the time. My mother is very upset imagine if you had to come and find your sick mother who was just discharged crying about the ill treatment from Dischem
