Very Rude and Impatient

Good day I would like to complain about the service that I have encountered on Tuesday while I was trying to make an appointment for my child for Immunization. Firstly the lady by the name of Pumzile that I spoke with was very impatient to assist infact she was not in the mood her attitude was on another level. I'n not quite Pumzile she's got her preferences maybe I was not hers at the time but that was unacceptable when you call in for help you entitled for one.... And while I was still talking to her she hang up on me
