Very ********* replacing Best before dates

I purchased some Amaranth today at DesChem in Paarl, I was suspicious when I got home and saw that a sticker had been stuck over the best before date. So I peeled it off. The sticker says BB/Batch:21:04:24, and the covered over date says 21:04:2023. This is definitely ********* and surely *******.
