Very Poor Service and Script Issues – Dis-Chem Knysna

I submitted my script via WhatsApp after calling to confirm the number. When I went to collect it the next day, I was told it wasn’t ready and was rudely dismissed to the normal queue. Staff claimed I sent it to the wrong number—without even checking—but later “found” it and admitted it was correct all along.

To make matters worse, I was given generic medication without being asked or informed. I had to visit another pharmacy just to confirm what I’d received.

Unacceptable service, zero communication, and no care for customer wellbeing. Very disappointed.
