Very poor service and communication

On Monday 28th Sep, I went to Jean-Crossing Dis-Chem to get meds for my mother who has Stage 4 terminal Liver Cancer. Meds are as follows: TarginAct And Xefo The Doctor gave a Prescription on Repeat for 3 Times as this is covid times with restrictions in place. So today was time for my second pick up out of the 3 repeats. And I got told I'm not allowed to get the TarginAct pills. The manager on shift made no attempt to comprise and when I got the the first set of pills nobody told me that repeats ain't allowed on the TarginAct. But Dis-chem hold the original Prescription which is also not allowed as the xefo is allowed to be repeated. Now tell me how come there is no communication from your staff on the matter and secondly I got told my anxiety meds had to be picked up in Woodmead and when I got in Woodmead they told me I must pick up my pills in Jean-Crossing because the subscription was handed in there and not loaded onto the system. So who is going to reimburse me for my petrol that I wasted because of your system fail.The service is terrible/unprofessional and slip-shod.
