Very poor service

This is the worst service I've ever received in my whole entire life .Every Month a specific call center agent calls me to confirm the medication I drink .I'm not to sure if she has amnesia or what the problem is she is experiencing we can even request the call recordings its 3 of them the first one I requested for my medication to be delivered she wrote collection ,I had to stay at home because it was not delivered on the day of delivery because I had to change that .She called back and apologized ,I accepted the apology because I took it it can be a human error we all make mistakes .last week she calls again to confirm we speak about the previous incident and she assures me it will never happen again she goes and do the same thing again , so I'm not sure if its DISCHEM SOUTHGATE MALL that's the problem or if its the call center agent .But this service is poor .Tonight I'm sleeping without my medication .
