Very Poor poor service in Dis-Chem ****arney Mall

The Dis-Chem in ****arney mall is just so messed up even the so called Manager's or supervisors are just as *********** as their stuff. Something that takes minutes to do with them it's taking 10 days and I'm sure l'm still going to wait even more days to get my money refunded back to my account while it's their cashier's fault not to tell customers that their machines are offline they let you swipe all over again and have your money hanging and they cant even reverse the funds back into my account now.

They just simply don't know what to do they keep saying the bank is closed while the banks call centre operates 24hours and with the poor knowledge that they have they don't even know what's happening there.

I'm not interested in buying in Dis-Chem ever again as for the Stuff in Dis-Chem ****arner Mall they are just worse someone should book training for all of them including Danie and Ria.
