Very impressed

I must compliment Dis-Chem on their ease of doing business and customer relations. I have recently dealt with 2 companies that seem to have forgotten what customer service is and that in a technological age things should be easier to do in business. I had bought an item at Greenstone, returned the faulty item to Mall of the South, bought a new one there, was not happy with it and returned it to Greenstone. I did not have the slip on me but they were quick to check the system as the purchase reflected on my Dis-Chem card and get the slip from Mall of the South. What a great experience, so easy to interact with them and I am very impressed your systems tie into each other like this (you'd be shocked at the big businesses out there that can't do this) thanks again.
