Very hurt and dissappointed Dischem Clinic patient

Yesterday 10/03/2020,I went to Dischem Clinic at around 16h45 in Megacity Mmabatho to consult. I waited on queue up until the male nurse by the name of Archie came from his consulting room and told 2 patients before me that they will be assisted by his colleague as he knocked off already I then asked him what about me as I was the last one on queue,he then said there is nothing they can do as they only assist patients up to 16h30. I requested to see his colleague to assist me. She came and told me the same story that they are closed and I should know better because I'm working at one of the Banking Institutions. I was so dissappointed with their unprofessionalism and how they both treated me. I requested an explanation on their operating hours which is 9h00-17h00,the lady nurse said they are closed and cannot change their operating hours just because of me. She went and referred the matter to Mr Nkuna and came back without any feedback and went in her room to assist her patient. After some few minutes, Archie the male nurse called in the patient before me to assist. He then called me in,I explained my problem to him and he said he is unable to assist me and he need to call the online doctor to assist him. He then informed me of the doctor's fee which I agreed to pay,he then added other service fee which the total amounted to +-R600 excluding medication fees. I asked him can't he assist me with self medication as I felt it was too much for me to afford as I was paying cash,he said there's nothing he can do. I then asked him to cancel the transaction as I felt he was not willing to assist me. I felt he did it purposely because I was complaining about their service. I feel as a health practitioner he could have given me advice and medication that could ease my pain. I left without being assisted feeling sad about their bad service. South Africans are in deep trouble if we have people like them who does not care about the wellbeing of others as health practitioners.
