Very helpful, courteous, friendly assistant

Needed some urgent supplies from Dischem. I asked two ladies for help but they seemed very disgrunted and not interested in my query. So, very disappointedly, I went round and around looking for what I needed. Just when I gave up and was in the last aisle, a young gentleman came up to me, probably seeing how stressed I was. He asked if he could help me and I made the same request to him. He was so patient and kind and helpful. He came back to me and found exactly what I wanted. He took me to the correct place where it was. He patiently checked the information I needed about the product and then gave me the perfect item that I needed. Not only was he courteous and helpful, but he also seemed like he was really enjoying doing his job. I asked for his name because I cannot overlook the fact that he served me so well and helped change my mood. As older customers, we are often disregarded and disrespected by staff, but here I came across a sterling example of how the gentleman took his work seriously and went out of his way to assist me. I thank Samukelo Mjoli and I hope that Dischem will send my compliment to him because he deserves to know that he is appreciated, so that he can continue giving others such super service with a smile.
