VERY DISAPPOINTED IN DISCHEM

On the 24th of December 2021 I bought a watch at Dischem Killarney mall knowing Dischem to being one of the reputable companies I didn't keep the slip as I had trust and Atmos confidence in their brand I mean it costed the same as one of the clocks at American Swiss. Three months down the line the belt started falling off,today I went to enquire on how they can assist me in this regard they asked if I have a dischem card I said no the girl said there's nothing they can do for me and that Clicks also keeps the same clock luckly I went to Clicks to check for their clocks and that clock they do not have. I told her that no Clicks doesn't have it, then She says to me "oh it's selected stores" so the questions are this the kind of service Dischem offers to their customers? What would I benefit in buying the watch at Clicks and returning it to Dischem? I hate to say this but if this complain was from a person of a different race and he or she started throwing a tentrum I'm pretty sure he or she would've gotten the best service. This is really disappointing coming from Dischem. However it's ok it's my loss but I'll sure spread the word and definitely not supporting Dischem ever again.
