Very bad service received from dis-chem

Went to dischem kolonade(montanna) today(10 sept 2021) to get the vaccine. The website state that they do take walk ins, but when we got there the lady told us they do not do walk ins, but only appointments. There was no one there, but they did not wanted to assist.The lady was on her cellphone and did not even put down the phone to speak to us, she just continue to play on her phone while she just say that they only do appointments. My fiance told her that it says on the website that walk ins is available and they should correct the website.. she only repsonded that she will inform them while she was playing on her phone.Very bad service.
