Very bad service

I had to deal with the most unfriendly, *********** person at Dischem CRESTA dispensary yesterday. I usually use their "pack my meds" service, but every six months anyone on chronic medication needs to get a repeat script from their doctor that needs to be entered on the system again. First I had to wait so long in the queue, when eventually was helped it took more than 30 minutes to get my repeat script loaded and get my medication! This while having to deal with an exceptionally unfriendly, rude and *********** assistant! This was not the first time I had a really bad experience at Cresta branch. Seriously considering rather using Clicks in future for my repeat medication.
