Very bad service

Shocking service for a long time now. Every time I call, it takes at least 3 minutes before anybody answers and then you ask to be put through to another department/Manager, etc and they either keep you holding on for another 5 minutes, without having the courtesy to come back to you and apologize for the long wait, or they cut you off. Service is going from bad to worse
