Very angry

On the 3rd of January l placed an order online. Order number ***. It's now 8days later and I have not yet received my order. I am extremely upset. On the 6th of January l called in I had spoke to Brent the manager. He advised that there is a delay with online orders. And that he will get the stores delivery vehicle to deliver my order on the 7th January. Instead of my order I received an sms that my order is with the courier. On the 9th of January I received an sms advising me to cancel my order. I went into the cornubia branch where my order was sent for fulfilling and spoken to Vidish the online manager and he advised that my delivery will be received today the 10th January. It's now 17:30 and I have still not received my order. Prior to my complaint on hello Peter I called the branch 3 times n no one was available to take my call.
