in The Month of November i went to pick up my medication but was advised that my medical aid is exhaused and i can leave my prescription and pick up the medication in January because i didn't have the cash to pay for it yesterday 02/01/2023 i went to the brackendowns branch to collect and was advised that the perception expired and they cannot give me the medication i am so disappointed because of dishosnesty i now have to visit my Psychiatrist pay R 2000.00 just to get a new prescription i watspped the branch on *** and i am not being assisted at all.
