ValleyView Dischem salon

I've just had the wors experience at Valleyview Dischem. I went to cut and color my hair and at first they did not have the color I wanted and that I found out after they already started coloring my hair so the girl reassured me and told me that my color would still come out perfectly. Keep in mind that I wanted to go from blonde to platinum and in the end my hair came out brown with pieces of blonde inbetween. When I told the girl that I was not happy (of course) she told me that there is nothing she could do about it and I ended uo paying R1100 for something I hate. This is the absolute worst salon I've ever been to. I cannot understand how they can call themselves "professional"
