Vaccination status

Got my vaccination shots at Dis-Chem Nicolway. Had the 1st done in September and the 2nd in October. For some reason, they registered both my shots as the 1st one and now I'm partially vaccinated since last year. They've been promising to get back to me to rectify and up to now, they're still "fixing it". The card they gave me confirms both but they messed up on their end.
