Utterly disgusted in management at dischem.

<p>Utterly disgusted in the service I received at dischem in princess crossing. My husbands card does not work in the old card machine and when I asked the manager to use the other card machine he refused and told me I must go fetch cash. I Was standing there with my sick baby and the manager expects me to walk far and fetch Cash with my 3 kids, when he could of easily let me use the other machine. He had such a terrible attitude and spoke to me in such a disgusting tone.My baby was sick and crying and i spent about an hour there and they completely wasted my time after i sat about half and hour in the queue for the medicine I was turned away. Honestly your staff needs to be trained how to treat customers! How can you employ a manager that speaks to customers with such an attitude! Every single month I buy about R3000 worth of things at dischem and this is how they treat a loyal customer. They refused to help me 0ut. I will let all my family and friends know about this and advise everyone I know to stop supporting dischem if this is how they treat a customer with a sick baby and 2 other kids. This is not the first time I have experienced such rude behaviour at dischem, your cashiers and pharmacists need some training as well on how to treat customers. </p>
