Utter incompetence

Bye bye for keeps Dis-Chem. The pharmacy assistant at Nelspruit Grove was unable to calculate dosage of the prescription because they only had medication multiple times the mass that was prescribed. She asked me to assist with the calculation for dosage. Then she disgareed with me. I had to explain again! She clearly did not understand. Then she counted tablets from bulk container using her bare hands with tablets on the counter. After that, the clearly very busy pharmacist had to quickly double check. No explanation/confirmation (thank goodness) as from our normal pharmacy. I would have liked to wished you the best, however this clearly confirm previous rumblings about Dis-Chem policies. I stopped buying from this company but was in a hurry and thought I would reconsider... No way, I will support my privately owned local pharmacy where I am served by a competent pharmacist.
