Using benefit points

Only way to redeem benefit points is through physically swiping your card. Do we still live in the early 2000’s? My card is loaded on my phone, like ALL my other benefit cards. Please fix this asap, I don’t see a reason why someone needs to physically carry a card around if the can just load it on their phone.
