Useless staff and No service delivery

On friday I received a call saying I would recieve my chronic medication on Monday. On Monday - Mirriam from Rustenburg Dischem in the North calls me and asks for my details. She calls again and says she got “busy” and did not manage to get my order done by 3pm. On Tuesday I had not received my parcel so I call Dischem on the number that called me the previous day. Mirriam picks up and her excuse is that there was load shedding and she wanted to do the order before I called. She did not bother to update me and her excuse is really just not 100% . From 8am till 3pm It means they had load shedding. I am very disappointed if this is how customers are treated worse when it comes to Chronic medication
