Useless Service by Dis-Chem

Hi I will NEVER support Dis-Chem ever again. First I do not appreciate incompetence from Dis-Chem staff. Three years ago we have join the club card when we found out my wife is pregnant. we have spend over R2000. Untill today we still have not receive our baby bag, because the stupid staff member never registered us. Today I wanted to buy 40 x Adcodal and Genpain . When I was treated like a drug abuser, I was told I can not have both, but only one. So my wife said she will take one on her name and I can take the other. Still today her card has not been registered so Useless Dis-Chem and there useless staff still did not registered her nor her club card. I very much wonder if I will ever receive any feedback or positive response from this complaint as I so get use to the fact that Dis-Chem is useless.
