Useless plan

This review is intended for dischem medical insurance :

This morning I had an emergency and that's when I discovered this plan is useless ...and I have the most expensive one on offer from Dischem/Kaelo

Number one....the app doesn't work properly....so logging in was a mission . I tried to reset password, the notification still hasn't come to my cell phone and this was three hours ago .

I then logged into your site, to find a designated network partner .....it showed Bedford hospital as one, my mother needed emergency care so I went into bedford

Only to find out they don't accept it at casualty. To my horror neither did roseacres hospital which is also listed as a partner. Why the hell then is the hospital listed as a partner on your site if nobody is available to assist in emergency cases???

I had to go somewhere else because I couldn't afford to pay their high consultation costs. Again I went to Ackerman's clinic, which also has listed doctors but the night shift doctors weren't accepting the medical plan either .By now my mum is very ill and unable to walk so I just had to make a plan and paid for the treatment and consultation.

I want three resolutions:

1. I want a reimbur*****t for my cash payment which amounted to 1200 and I still need to fetch a script later

2. . Immediate guidance on which places to take my mum to if we have night or early morning emergencies where I don't need to pay for consultations etc

3.Somebody to contact me and fix my damn app because I cannot have another emergency and get stuck like this

Otherwise tell me why the hell am I paying for this and what am I getting?????

Very disappointed. Iv had the plan for a year and barely used it ...you only did out what you get when you need it .

Contact me and resolve other I will social media this, and cancel your plan. This isn't right . I planned financially to have something that can save me emotional and financial burden....but im paying and still have both
