USELESS ONLINE ORDER SYSTEM

I placed an order 6 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. They have my money. Their reply is to login to my account and that says "Order Still Processing". I want my money refunded in full today. I shall rather use Checkers Medirite or Checkers Sixty60. Would have received my order 6 days ago.
