Useless Health Insurance

A few months ago I took out a health insurance policy with Dischem, the first problem started with the debit orders. They never take the money when they are supposed to do so. You can't communicate with them over email with out getting some senceless reply or a reply two or three days after you send an email. And when you want to claim on the fund they have lots of excuses for not paying for a procedure. I cant see the use for a medical insurance if they dont pay for any thing. I have in the mean while sent a email to cancel my subscription and still havent heard any thing from Discem
