USELESS DISCHEM

I shop religiously at DISCHEM and in the beginning of December this year i went to one of the Dischem branches and wanted to enquire about using my cash points but was informed that a negative amount of R26.76 was reflecting so i queried this but was told to contact customer service. I emailed them and was sent an email appologising for the inconvenience as it was in error on their behalf and would be rectified soon. I again went to another Dischem branch the other day and again enquired about my cash points and yet again was told it was in negative R31???? INCOMPETANT AND USELESS! Will NEVER shop at Dischem ever again, ill take my business elsewhere
