Useless dis-chem

Really don't know why they have a app to order meds from if they say it will take 48 hours to be delliverd. My meds was out for delivery yesterday at 11:36 and it is now 16:46 and still no meds. I talked to them on facebook messanger and they said the useless team will contact me and yet no word of where my meds are! Only answer that I get is that they are having high calls and emails volumes. People will die before they do anything and it is precription meds. No wonder people ***cot this place
