Useless Branch

Dischem Norwood pharmacy you are a disgrace to your profession. I buy Vyvanse every month for my grandson. In every other branch I get helped by a pharmacist or pharmacist assistant and when it’s the assistant, the pharmacist just checks the script. In Norwood on Sunday a pharmacist assistant told me straight that only a pharmacist can dispense Vyvanse and told me to go wait in the cubicle for the pharmacist. Another assistant happened to come to the cubicle and told me to rejoin the queue until the pharmacist was available. I just walked out in disgust. This assistant wasn’t even phased when I said I’ll just go somewhere else. And no, an apology isn’t going to cut it. I want evidence that the assistants at Norwood are disciplined. Nothing less.
