Upset

I went into your Northgate branch on Friday to return an eyeliner which I purchased at your Clearwater as it appeared that there was no wrapping to stop tampering with it . The customer care lady and Manager Vincent De Agrela assisted me ; he contacted Clearwater and they said they wouldn’t accept the item credited back to them !! This is terrible as the manager authorised the refund however he may get into trouble due to the arrogance of Clearwater.
