Unwilling to assist

I’m so disappointed with Dis-Chem honestly… so I’m unable to download their app on my phone and I want to register for their maternity baby bag. When I reached out to them they said that it can only be done via their app, so for their clients that either don’t own a smartphone or like myself are experiencing issues. They are no alternatives put in place.

I refuse to believe that this is the case, I honestly think the consultant was just not prepared to assist me. You need to do better!
