untrue advertising

Dischem has a board displayed at the pharmacy saying you can drop off your prescription and shop while you wait. I had a sick little girl on sat morning and didn't want to wait so long in the queue with her so I enquired about the service while I go pick up some food. The man at the counter wasn't very friendly or helpful. I explained my situation and he rep**** that I can pick up the prescription at 2 on monday. What kind of service is this? I needed medicine for my very sick child so i must come back on monday? This is not the first time I have experienced rude and unhelpful staff at this counter. Change your advertising if it isn't true.
