Unsubscribing from store promotions not honored.

I am a client of Dischem, no problem with their service or staff. When I signed up for a Dischem card I did not agree to be pestered with Dischem with SMS, WhatsApp or email promotional messages. On four occasions I responded to the messages by unsubscribing/Opt out. However, the messages still come like clock-work. The latest from number+***. All I am asking is that you honor my choice and privacy, there is legislation in this regard.
