Unsubscribe does not work

Dear Dischem, How many more times must i unsubscribe from your relentless marketing messages. If it is not the e-mails, it is the sms's. I have "STOPPED" and "UNSUBSCRIBED" countless times and yet the marketing keeps harassing me. I have even gone so far as to phone Dischem and still no change. Your relentless unwelcome marketing style has even changed my mind about shopping in your stores. Please explain to me how i must remove myself from your marketing lists to never receive it again!
