Unsattisfied customer service

Very disappointed with the service of Dis-Chem in Faerie Glen, Pretoria East. I have been trying to phone them since 8h45 this morning, the phone just rings and when I did get through to speak to someone, to find out if they do have stock of a product (that shows they do have and that it is low in stock), my call was transferred a few times to the incorrect departments and then I was just put on hold for over 11 minutes. This is not customer services!!!!
