Unsatisfied with online shopping

Pathetic service. Whats the point of stating that collection for orders is the next business day but 3 days later there is nothing. If you cannot seamlessly deliver goods for collection, what more home deliveries? Leave the whole delivery for the competitor store since they have mastered it. If you know that you cannot get goods ready for collection the next day, kindly don’t deduct our moneys. It’s inconveniencing
