Unsatisfied customer

Dischem Southgate instead of admitting they made a mistake they try to make me out to be crazy, on Saturday i was in the store and came upon a special of Yardley for men, 2 x 250ml for R89.00 and when we went to pay, they charge individual pricing and when i query they all of a sudden couldn't find the pop out sticker that had the sale on. One of the customer's also query the very same product before me and i saw one of the ladies went to fetch that pop out sale sticker, had it in front by the tills and must've hidden it because when i went to go look for it, it was nowhere to be found. Their conduct was just wrong instead of apologizing they try to cover up their blunder
