Unsatisfied and treated like trolley *****'s!!
We are very unsatisfied with the way we were treated at Dischem in the Highveld Mall, Witbank on the 17th of May, around 1:30pm.
I'm a mommy with a special needs child and we (me, our daughter, my husband, granny and our small nephew) traveled from Harrismith and we had some errands to do.
Whilst I was waiting for my husband and granny, I took a trolley because I always do my shopping with my daughter in the trolley because she can't sit, so she normally lies down on her special pillow. I waited outside for them. As soon as they arrived the granny took her own trolley and put the nephew (18 months old) in the trolley. The security yelled at us that we aren't allowed to take the trolleys for our kids. I was in shock and couldn't understand what was happening because we just wanted to get the kids comfortable so we can continue to go inside and continue with our errands (IN DISCHEM). We wanted to buy nappies, wet wipes, formula etc.
I explained to the security lady that we are going IN dischem we just want to get the kids comfortable so we can also do our shopping comfortably and that the granny had her own errand to do. She just grabbed the trolley and laughed at us. I feel this is extremely disrespectful as she don't know the situation and treated us like *****'s. She could have just asked us if we are coming inside or even just waited to see if we are walking away with the trolleys.
As I mentioned I am a mom with a special needs child and always do my shopping with my daughter in the trolley and NEVER have I ever been treated like this!
Very disgusting manners!!!!
