Unsatisfied

Few days ago i went and askes to have one of the cosmetics ladies assist me in finding a new foundation after i explained to the lady what i wanted she tested the foundation on top of my old on ,which didnt make sense to me as last time i tried a wetipe was used to clear the old make up away.but as i am not specilised in such things i paid for what was given ,the next day wen i used it ,not only did the product melt off,it made my face extremely oily,i looked terible!i specificly asked would it make my face oily no i was told!after explaing what i required and previouly used.as i was informed my previous brand will be discontinued i need to find another.not only do i not understand why we must pay for a product that dont know but rather be given a tester to try and then decide! This hapened with 3 foundations!catrice ,yardly and passion brand and each 1 i used for 1 day and each time i explained what i wanted and after explaining what i was using and was the same .i ended up taking a frieken back end of a teas**** to sc**** out the last bits of my normal foundation!! I have waisted lits of money of foundations that i cannot use, and i was informed o canot return the products .i feel i should have been ofered testers before paying for products and just taking profesionals opinions!!i am very unsatisfied and furiated with dischem cosmetics !
