Unsatisfactory Customer service with Maryke du Toit and Vincent da agrellar of Dischem at Northgate Mall it and Vincent da

I had a very unpleasant, unprofessional interaction with the Store Manager-Vincent da agrellar as well as Maryke du Toit. These are two people I feel should never interact with customers due to the lack of Customer communication they lack. I had a delivery submitted for medication to be delivered on 13 July 2021, this was not done due to the current protests. I followed up on the morning of 14 July 2021, I was informed the delivery would be made which I was OK with. At the time I submitted the request I supp**** my medical aid details, when the driver came through for the delivery I was told of a payment I needed to make which to me was surprising as I was was not notified there was a problem with submitting the claim through my medical aid. I get a call from Maryke du Toit after communicating with the driver my issue that I had not received communication stating what needed to be paid and at this point I had lost my bank card and my only means of getting money was through getting to an ATM and me doing an Ewallet to myself which I can withdraw and give him the money. We drive to a nearest ATM and find it was not working, I mention to the driver to call their Supervisor to inform them that I have the slip for the items and I will be heading to Northgate mall and as this Dischem branch is in the same mall I will go past the shop to make payment for the items purchased. This does not seemingly go well, problem is at this point the package is at my house and we were already out trying to get money the argument then becomes I need to fetch the package at my house give it to the driver who still had informed me that there are many deliveries they needed to do. At this point it would have been counterproductive to drive to my house again get the package when I was still heading to Northgate Mall in any case. There was never a point were I resisted not paying for the medication. At this point nor the Supervisor or the Store manager are willing to listen to what I am saying and my biggest frustration with them being that I had been notified that the claim was not submitted to medical aid and I needed to be informed in advance of what is to be done when delivery takes place. The store manager Vincent even went to the lengths of informing me he would call the SAPS on me and at this point again not anywhere have I resisted not paying for the package but simply questioning the manner they have gone about it and me finding myself in this situation but still informing them that I had every intention of making payment but this they would not hear. All Vincent was telling me was that I am not the only person affected by COVID he has also lost staff, which I felt all this that he was telling me was completely irrelevant to the situation we were trying to get a solution to. Within a few minutes I arrive at the Store, I get assisted by the Assistant store manager who was very helpful, I just did not get his name. He showed me where I needed to go and was assisted within minutes which just made me wonder why on earth did Maryke du Toit and Vincent make such a fuss about. Dealing with both Maryke and Vincent is the worst interaction I have had with this store.
