Unprofessional staff at DisChem GlenFair

I bought slippers at DisChem GlenFair for my Birthday. Wore them for just over a week and they ripped apart completely. I took it back to the store. The lady at the desk called a nother lady to assist. She just took my shoes and walked away... She then came back and shouted in front of everyone that they will refund me this time but I better not buy slippers again because its made to walk inside and not outside the house!!! I then continued with my shopping and heard how she gossiped about me in the storeroom. I think this is totally unprofessional!! I buy everything possible at DisChem Glenfair from food to baby products and medication.. And this is how they treat you?
