Unprofessional Service

We presented a script to Dischem northgate and Dischem randpark ridge, this script was supposed to mixed but were given one and it was not mixed, this is so unprofessional as we could have administered medication to our child and she could have lost her sight. They did not even put their name on the dispensary sheet.

Very disappointed at both Dischem stores- we were helped today at Dischem northgate after showing them the mistake.
