Unprofessional service due to the ignorance of staff

Unprofessional and terrible service at Dis-Chem Pavillion. Went to the store to purchase items from their beauty fair specials only to reach the cashier and for her not to be aware at all of the specials with free gifts and to be charged for the free gifts. After me making her aware of the specials she called the senior cashier who then credited a voucher for the incorrect lesser amount than the free gift was valued at. Another 15 minutes was spent with the manager and senior cashier who made four unsuccessful attempts to refund me the amount due to me because of them initally charging me incorrectly. Finally refunded and wasted time on *********** staff. Horrible service, all staff should be aware of specials boldly advertised at the very entrance of the store and in pamphlets. Ignorance of store specials and having to inconvenience customers due to it shows a complete lack of professional customer service.
