Unprofessional Service

I went to your Woodmead store yesterday, 1 February to get a prescription which was not available at my local pharmacy in Midrand. The pharmacy was not busy at all so I went straight to a pharmacist. She was talking to one of her colleagues and they were talking person stuff as I was right there in front of them. She did not even acknowledge me to show that she can see me. I waited for about 5 minutes while they finished their conversation. She then appologised to me and asked how she can help me, I told her what she did was very rude. She then proceeded to prepare my prescription and gave it to me with no instructions on how to use it. I must say she did apologise again when handing over my prescription to me. I will never go back to that store again and neither would I recommend it to anyone. I would have quit going to Dischem altogether, the only reason I am staying is that they have the best team at Dischem Carlswald. They are always busy but are willing to listen and assist.
