Unprofessional recruitment at Dischem

Dis - chem you have the most unprofessional recruitment people working for you. Gives my daughter a contract for learnership and 2 days after that they tell my daughter that she can't work as she does not have matric but no where in the interveiws or paper work was it mensioned so use are breaking the contract.
