Unprofessional, Poor, ****** and Disgusting Service received From John the Manager@ Dis-chem Morningside.

I have placed an order this morning for delivery telephonically and was asked to send it in writing to ********** and i did exactly that, a few minutes later my white colleague asks me for the details as she also wanted to place an order for the very first time. I gave her the numbers and she called them and her order was delivered within 30 minutes, no one asked her to send an email or anything the order was taken over the phone. To my surprise her order got delivered before mine, so when i called the store to follow up the lady that took my order tells me that JOHN told her not to dispatch my order because I always order and return staff, when I spoke to John he RUDELY told me that he got several complaints from his staff about me returning staff back to the store, when I have never returned anything before. He told me straight up to walk to the store and they'll assist me in-store and THEY won't deliver my order. I have asked him to confirm the dates when I have returned the orders back and I asked for proof of that, but he failed to confirm the dates and told me to come to the store personally. I really feel that John is a ****** white man, who disrespects his black customers and it's a shame because I have never received an complaint from the store before about the behavior that he is accusing me for. I have all the call recordings off all the orders i have placed with dis-chem morning-side since it has been in operation from 2018. I am willing to take this further until this guy produce proof of what he is accusing me of. Clearly I've been treated differently here because I am Black and I regret even placing an order with the Today and I'm definitely going to take this further.
